i'm BACK !!!!!!
overall, the trip was fun and well organized
everything was arranged on schedule =D

i felt that my back and muscle in slight pain
my arm and legs turned dark
and my face looks terrible!!!!!!!!!
How many facial treatment needed to recover my complexion???

and, there is a bad news for Malaysian!!!!!!!
H1N1 attacked Malaysia, Subang!!!
Government failed to defend the virus from spreading to us
the symptoms of H1N1 infection are sore throat, headache/not feeling well
so, the only thing we can do is take extra care and cleanliness
not having so much outside foods and drink more water
this is the basic way to get away from sickness
